T.E.C.K.nology I.C. are at the forefront of community, Industry and environmental management practices. Our primary objectives are to achieve better environmental outcomes and to increase support and capacity of our ancient Indigenous land management practices.
T.E.C.K.nology utilises traditional knowledge to adapt management practices for cost effective sustainable outcomes in the environmental and agricultural sectors and has approval from the Department of Environmental & Heritage Protection for the removal and relocation of a range of protected native wildlife including; marsupials (possums), reptiles (snakes, monitors), amphibians, birds and bats.

T.E.C.K.nology hold permits for Vegetation surveys, wildlife management, monitoring vegetation clearing works and relocation of affected wildlife.

T.E.C.K.nology is a not for profit Indigenous Corporation that was formed by community members to promote the continued teaching of traditional cultural and ecological knowledge and to develop Indigenous industries and business models. This Includes the ongoing study and adaptation of traditional strategies to enhance modern environmental/agricultural management; policies, procedures and outcomes.
T.E.C.K. provides: education, training and management of environmental/agricultural works including; flora and fauna, animal control and Native/European bee keeping within the Wide Bay/Burnett and surrounding districts.
T.E.C.K.nology strive to create a sustainable bee industry by using first peoples knowledge to domesticate, develop propagation and extraction techniques of our traditional resource. This type of indigenous industry has the potential to initiate outcomes across a number of key development areas.
